Hello, you can apply into 1- 2 year PG Diploma programs with those grades and under SPP scheme only. Masters are highly competitive. There are no 2 year undergraduate programs except Diploma and advanced Diplomas, etc. However, since you already completed your Bachelors, it is not recommended you to opt for an UG Diploma now. Hello, it is not possible to locate a college rather you should start contacting universities and colleges and see if you meet their requirements and if you are eligible for a lateral entry. Different colleges have different requirements, you will be selected for lateral entry only if you meet college specific credit point norms.

Hello, you may expect a good amount but it is not possible to specify an exact number. These decisions are taken by the university at their discretion. Scholarships are based on merit and the amount shall be fixed by the college based on your overall merit and profile.

Ofcourse, it is a very good University, but you should know that all you be taught in the course of engineering is theory. Whatever the university or college be, it actually doesn't matter. If you have faith and confidence in yourself that you can crack GATE exam then go for some good universities as the only difference between so called good universities is providing technical knowledge which is actually of no use. If you are unable to crack GATE exam. Otherwise, you can opt for any university which provide good placement.
