Dear Satya,
Sorry to say, but since your 12th marks are extremely low and hence, you can't get good colleges of computer science even in India. You have to score above 60% (and for NIT or IIT, you must have 75%+) in 12th. And for USA, you must have 85%+ in class 12th. Although, you can try your luck while applying.
Good luck buddy.

Hi Atanu,
CAG generally want CA, SA, data and statistical scientist and actuarial scientist type candidates. So, make your career accordingly. You can't go there with just B.Com degree as you need to have some extra. However, you can go to their website to see any vacancy so that you can get at least a reference on 'what to do next?'. Kindly up vote the answer if you feel satisfied.
Ask any query at anytime.
Good luck.

Hi Vishal, Since Harvard is one of the top universities of the world, it is obvious that admissions are going to be very tough. So, you have to maintain a very good academic standing, be good in extracurricular activities like sports, community services, etc. Besides studies, take SAT or ACT and overall have a good profile. You will also need the TOEFL. You will be competing with the world's best applicants to get admitted. If you are good in coding you should start building projects so that you can demonstrate these skills in your application. Prepare from now onwards.
