BA and B.Sc are different fields. If you opt for B.Sc, you will be placed in the scientific cum technical field. After BA, you would have to pursue arts as a career. If you want to appear for civil services, either of the two should suffice. You should opt for the course you are comfortable with and where your interests lie.

CAT and PGCET KMAT are all different management entrance exams. Generally, most of the best colleges in India accepts CAT so I want to suggest you to put your more and more stress in CAT exam. The better you score the more is the chance to get a good college. Ideally, you must have 85%+ in graduation (eligibility criteria is of 50%) and 98%+ in CAT exam.

There are various specialisations in the field like pharmaceutics, Pharma analysis, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical chemistry, etc. If you like business, management and all, then go for MBA (Pharma MBA or specialised in marketing and sales, operations, Hospital management).
