MBA will get you a job only in management. MCA will get you a job in the field of IT Development. Both have equal scope in a company. I would suggest taking MCA lateral entry or 2 year MCA programme and doing a job. After that puruse PGDM if you want.

It's good that you have understood your goal. For BBA exam, four things are important:
1. General awareness
2. English
3. Quantitative Aptitude
4. Reasoning
You must have a good vocabulary. You must practise comprehension problems in English. And you must have a good hold on mathematics. Chapters like permutation combination, probability, algebra, coordinate geometry, etc. , are important, start practising from NCERT. You must buy a book for current affairs and general knowledge. Most important is to get good marks in 12th boards.

There are two ways to get admission in M.Sc:
1. Direct admission
2. Entrance Exam
The entrance exams like IIT JAM and TIFR have great credibility. The institutes accepting admission based on these exams offer better career prospects. Matter of fact is that B.Pharma has a different set of subjects. So, I'd like to tell you beforehand that IIT JAM and TIFR are more concerned about Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. So, if you are willing to take admission in these subjects then only these entrance exams are for you. Otherwise, GPAT is also a great option for M.Pharma.
