Different courses have different eligibility criteria. To study in Germany, you might have to appear for international exams like GMAT or GRE to qualify for admission. Moreover, you might have to appear for an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS if English was not the medium of instruction in your school or college.

You need not do D.El.Ed after completing of your B.Ed. After completing your Master's degree, will you do your graduation again? B.Ed is Bachelor of Education and D.El.Ed is Diploma in elementary education. You should not opt for UG course once you are done with your Bachelor's degree.

Hello Sadala.
Do you want to pursue your higher studies abroad? If yes, I would recommend Australia, which has the best opportunities in this field in terms of education and jobs. You may apply for Bachelor's degree programs. Take your IELTS, check the admission requirements on university websites and proceed.

As far as I know, only NIT-Rourkela is offering a dual degree integrated course in Master of Technology. A dual degree from NIT is a good option, but it will bind you to the same institute depriving you of any better opportunity in future. It will be a far better option to pursue your B.Tech from NIT and then try for M.Tech from IITs.
