It is a misnomer that MBA in HR is for females only. It is true that a lot of female candidates prefer doing MBA in HR and their percentage in the industry is increasing rapidly, but it is also a fact that majority of Chief People Officer or HR head in Indian private sector or PSUs are males. Most of the manufacturing units prefer male HR professionals to handle Industrial labour issues and departments. Male candidates can also make a good career in the corporate world after MBA in HR.

As a process the institutes do intimate students on the joining /reporting dates. In your case as well they must have informed you regarding the same.
In the current situation you can seek a meeting with the institutes director /admission in-chagre and put forth your case.
many a times if they still have vacancy they may consider giving a fresh admission.

You could pursue a distance education course, however a regular course would serve you better as it holds more value in the market. If you are working, you could do an executive course where your work experience would also be considered.

Well, it's a good decision that you have your goal clear at this point i.e. class 10th.
Well, cracking JEE Advanced requires a lot of dedicated work from day one.
For that, you need to clear JEE Mains first. And for that, you need to focus more on class 11th and 12th.
So now you know that it's not a one-day task but a long way to go through.
In order to crack JEE Advanced and secure a decent rank, you need to join some coaching institutes for help.
The rest is self-study and hard work.

Actually, it's a good idea, but joining immediately is not a good idea. You can go for a job for a year and gain the knowledge about the work and know the field which you are interested in and then go for MBA from a reputed college. You should prepare for CAT and GMAT exam.

You will have two gap years if you have not done any job between 2016 and start of MBA course in 2018. Two years gap year will not impact your job prospects if you do well in MBA and personal interview during the campus placement. Any recruiter will condone two years gap for a good candidate.

If you have any doubt, let me clear it. Anyone can obtain a degree from any university within the country. Similarly, everyone has a right to get a job under any state government. It is our right to freedom. Now, if you have completed B.Ed from Andhra University and want to do a job in Odisha, there will be no obstacle, go ahead.
Good luck.
