first analyse which work you liked most Marketing or HR then decide which one to study more like MBA or PhD if you want. If you don't want to go with those then you can go with Hotel Management courses or MBA In other fields etc.

You are eligible to do Diploma in civil engineering based if you have completed class 10th (subject to meeting the age eligibility criteria, if any, set by Pune Government Polytechnic). Hi Aman, yes you can opt for a MS in Complete Sc , universities in USA are flexible regarding course choice however since you come from a different backgrounds additional information must be given by you to the University, you must demonstrate your interest and adequate knowledge in computer science, answer questions like why computer science etc. Prepare well for the GRE .TOEFL too would be required.
