There is no master in computer engineering program. However, there is a master of science in computer science program available which is similar to master in computer engineering. In order to be admitted for this program, you would need to take the GRE(preferable score 1400+), TOEFL(100+) Apart from the mentioned tests, you would need atleast 75% and above in your Btech/BE.

Now you see both degree is fine for job purpose.But main point that what are you like ?
At a time both degree are growth and demanded in any company.BCA is very nice course in IT field.At a time BCA is high demanded in bank,firm(small),Part time job etc.BCA is also demand in company.I am suggest to you doing BCA,then you do after MCA.It is great opportunity for your life orjob.B.sc is also fine,but BCA is better from B.sc.

If ur looking to get admission in Oxford University then u must have- A good undergraduate degree or equivalent is usually required. Applicants who do not hold such a qualification may be considered if they have a very strong employment record demonstrating a high degree of responsibility. However, all candidates are required to take the GMAT test. In Oxford currently 683 score is required to secure an admission however a high score does not guarantee a place, nor does a low score automatically disqualify your application.
