Please mention for which entrance you want to prepare. If you are planning to give an entrance exam for journalism, then i would suggest you to read newspapers and go through all sorts of books available on general knowledge. Best will be Manorama Year Book.

The best suited course for you would be masters in pharmaceutical sciences as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can opt for a MBA.
