Hi Aamir,
Although most of the Institutes would require a Graduation Degree to get admission in their MBA program but for MBA through correspondence you may get admission even on the basis of your diploma as you have 3 years of experience as well. I would suggest you to first try with the Open Universities like IGNOU. Few of the Institutes which give correspondence program are:
IGNOU
Annamalai University
Anna University
Alagappa University
Also try with IMT or Symbiosis.

Hi Madan,
If you want to do MBA from New Zealand firstly you should have three-year graduation degree from a recognised university or its equivalent along with a minimum of three to five years of work experience. To do MBA form New Zealand you have to take IELTS and get minimum score of 6.5 bands, you may also require GMAT score as it is accepted and recommended by some New Zealand universities. Course Fees varies according to the university and specialization you choose, it would range between NZ$ 30,000 to NZ$ 45,000.

Hi Vineet,
To be eligible to sit for entrance examination of IIMs i.e. CAT, you need to have a degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. If you fulfill this eligibility you can go ahead and appear for CAT. However, as IIMs are the apex in Management Education you need to be outstanding at every front, be it academics, extracurricular or other parts of selection procedure.

Admission Procedure:
Documents Required
10th and 12th Certificate and Mark sheet
3 years Mark sheet (Separate or Consolidated) of Graduation
Degree Certificate / Provisional Passing Certificate issued by the University or College
4 Passport size photographs
(Two set photocopies of the above mentioned documents should be submitted, duly attested either by Gazetted officer, notary public or Head of the Institution last studied from.)
