Although most of the Institutes would require a Graduation Degree to get admission in their MBA program but for MBA through correspondence you may get admission even on the basis of your diploma as you have 3 years of experience as well. I would suggest you to first try with the Open Universities like IGNOU. Few of the Institutes which give correspondence program are:
IGNOU
Annamalai University
Anna University
Alagappa University
Also try with IMT or Symbiosis.

You say that you are fresher now,OK.If you have feeling you are doing any or more course,then i am suggest to you doing sap course.At a time sap course are very high demanded in every company.Sap course have 32 or 42 module approx.Per module are very important and required high deeply study or case study.According to company at a time HR,finance,CO(Cost operation) module are very required in company.Main point you have no knowledge of any language.I am sure you not doing any database.It is must have any database course with language.You doing dot net.It is nice language.AT a time in company have close session of job.Then i am advice to try December.May be you get job in few month.Because in company have start processing of take better professional or student for job.I think you forget job are not coming to you.So you try every company.You are fill from online of company for job.May be chance.

There is no entrance exam only should be graduate in any dicipline for MBA Programs:
Admission Procedure:
Documents Required
10th and 12th Certificate and Mark sheet
3 years Mark sheet (Separate or Consolidated) of Graduation
Degree Certificate / Provisional Passing Certificate issued by the University or College
4 Passport size photographs
(Two set photocopies of the above mentioned documents should be submitted, duly attested either by Gazetted officer, notary public or Head of the Institution last studied from.)
Note: Originals Documents have to be shown at the Time of admission and will be returned back at the same time.
