Hi Jenny,
I would suggest you to go for either of the three options as mentioned by you biut on the basis of your area of interest and not by seeing the market preference or whta others think or have experienced as this is about you career and only you can do good with it.
As all the courses mentioned are good and offer great opportunities depending on the student's capabilities and also the talent possessed.
