Dear pallavi,
u need to consult your current center and should inform them you need to change the center to desired location, else you can call their helpline no and can get guidelines. its not a complicated process many students get their center changed after admission,
and its a truth many centers reluctant to change the center due to many reasons paper work, reduction of student in their center and more over reduction of PROFIT from students in particular center etc

i want to tell you that b.tech is a technical course which could be understand only by attending regular classes and if you think that you can done it by distance learning programme then you are wrong because in this course practicals are more important than theory,which could only understand by daily classes.

Although, CS and B.Com (h) is concerned yes you can do both the courses together as CS is a self study programme and can be done from home alongside which you can do your B.Com (h) as a regular programme, but remember that CS and B.com (h) both are really tough and exhaustive programmes, so only if you feel confident and do justice to both the programmes by attaining success then only get into it, else you can first complete your graduation and then plan for your CS.
