To work as an income tax practitioner you must have required qualification as per sec. 288 (a) of income tax act 1961.and you must appear before income tax officer in minimum two cases. Then you are entitled to register yourself as a income tax practitioner.

Hi Aneesh, any institute would be good. More than the reputation of the institute you should check the course content, faculty and recognition of the course in the job market.
