You can go for higher studies like M.Tech, MBA etc. For this you should prepare for - IIT JAM, GATE, CAT exams.
But, if you want to do a job, then you can go for CSIR NET exam. By this you can pursue your career further as a Junior Research Fellow or an Assistant Professor.

Your academic performance, CAT/GMAT score, performances in GD and PI will be counted depending on the institute. Each parameter is assigned a particular weightage on the basis of which the final merit list is prepared. The parameters and their weights vary with each of the IIMs.
Over the last couple of years, group discussion is being replaced by written ability test. Until last year, IIM - Calcutta and Lucknow conducted GD rounds as a part of their selection process, but from 2015 onwards, both the institutes have exempted the GD rounds and now only conduct What-PI as a part of their selection process.

One option is go for Bachelors in Science/Mathematics or Computers as per your interest. Simultaneously, start preparation for CAT/XAT/GMAT and try to score good percentile, as graduation from above courses will not be much hectic. Hence, dedicate much of your time for entrance exams. Hi Abhijit,
Since you are interested in hospital management course opt for the same. You may pursue Bachelors in hospital management or Bachelors of hospital administration. You should have cleared 12th with biology and must have scored at least 50%. Clearance of entrance exams like CAT, The Tata Institute of Social Sciences Entrance Exam, Indian Institute of Health Care Administration etc. might also be required. Check university websites for the eligibility and prepare accordingly.
