It depends on where you want to take admissions, If you want to opt for Central Universities like IARI or Central Agricultural Universities or any SAUs then you have to sit and clear ICAR UG Entrance exam that take place each year, and to sit for that exam you have to score atleast 50% is class 12th for general category student and 40% for reserved category. If you want to study in any Private university then you can easily opt bjut they usually charge for a hefty amount of donations for admissions.

Yes you can join the college in second year. It's doesn't not effect in which manner you completed your first year. Distance learning is a best way of learning but it can't have a comparison in offline college. So connect to you college at once. So they can guide you properly. And as per I know you can easily join the college in second year.

LPU has different fee for different programs. Your fee structure mainly depends on your preferred course and the marks you have scored in the LPU NEST exam. The fee charges which are applicable for a student are as follows:
The tuition fee
Hostel/apartment fee
Food/mess fee
Laundary fee
Examination fee

LPU NEST cut-off is the minimum marks that the applicants need to attain to clear the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test 2022. The minimum score is decided by the University and it depends upon various factors. The parameters on which the cut off will depend on including the number of candidates, the number of vacant seats, marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test cut off of last year. Cutoff will be declared for 3 categories. For example, To join for CSE at LPU, Out of total 360 marks you just need to score approximately 150+. This can be good score to get admission here.
