Yes, it is so easy to get admission in GLC college.In the past few years, the cutoff marks for admission to Government Law College, Churchgate, have been subject to variations.  The cutoffs, especially for the general category and out-of-state students, are set very high, requiring excellent performance in the MH CET Law exam.
