You just need to follow the usual aptitude preperation.
The paper is similar to CAT, so brush up your concepts in quant, verbal, data interpretation and logical reasoning.
Practice as many questions as you can and give lot of mock exams.
This much should prepare you well.

If you are clear that you want to teach English, there is no issue. Go and learn in BA and MA (English) and you're on your way. You are confused about careers after 12th/ graduation, there are a few ways to approach this.
