The basic difference between Retail and Logistics & Supply chain is that Retail is a part of sales which consists of the sale of goods or merchandise from a fixed location whereas Logistics & supply chain is the management of the flow of the goods, and services between the point of origin and the point of consumption & is related to Operations. The activities of store Manager would be more sales centric so I would suggest you to go for Retail.
However, the most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing a specialization is your own interests and career aspirations.
