1) No, masters of management degree is not at par with MBA. MBA has a much broader scope.
2) Considering the fact that you have 14 months work experience, by the time you get admission in a university, you would have 2 years work experience which the universities would be considering. Therefore, there is definitely a scope for you to pursue MBA abroad. However, since you will have less work experience compared to the number of students you would be competing with, you should score atleast 720+ in the GMAT. It would really help you in getting admission to a good university.
