After completing your B.E in aeronautical engineering, you have two options, i.e:
1.Job.
2. Further studies (MBA or M.Tech)
How ever as per your profile, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opt for higher studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

To pursue higher education you need to have valid 12th, undergraduate and graduate degree from recognized education board or university, so as long as your education degrees are valid and approved, you can pursue higher education in India or abroad.
