For PR, I would like to say that Corporate Communication / PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the professional market. PR requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. A PR is basically the face of the organization and is responsible for all the client meetings and getting business for the organization, so one has to be really convincing and of course PR pays "well".

Extended Learning Centers are just like tuition centers wherein they conduct various classes on personality development and other areas so that the student's base become stronger and they could go for higher education. However, such centers are not operative in India but are more popular in foreign countries.
If you are talking about Center for Extended learning then it is for those people who have incomplete education and want to complete their Education. This is generally through correspondence.

Hi Kavana, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.

Hi Uditkumar, I would like to inform you that PG in Accounting is available for Sep-12 intake. IELTS requirement is 6.5band with no less than 6band in each module. As per present rule if you study 1year you will get 1year open work permit and if you study 2years you will get upto 3years open work permit. CA is a distance learning course in Canada which you cannot do from India. Once reaching Canada you can either along with your PG diploma in Accounting start CA distance learning course or after completing your PG Diploma you can study your CA course.
