Hi Suram,
In case you are talking about Vinayak Mission University, yes it would be valid in Himachal Pradesh as it is a UGC approved University and even if you are doing it through Distance Education then also its Distance Education programmes are approved by DEC, so you can go ahead both for job as well as higher studies.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a “best answer” or pressing the “thumbs up” icon.

Frankly speaking I do not think that this would be a wise decision as of now because you will be loosing on the technicalities of your studies and eventually it will be difficult for you to be publically recognized as a Dentist or as a good management exponent. You will feel divided. The time should first be utilized by you for gaining more technical expertise. So go for MDS and if that is not feasible then do specific certification courses in your field of dentistry. Suppose later if you get into a job in a reputed hospital then it would be worth to do MBA with specialization in hospital management.

Hi Naresh, the Oracle is an object-relational database management system produced and marketed by Oracle Corporation. It is one of the best and popular software used in Software companies and if you can do it seriously you will have a great future ahead.
Oracle has a very good scope in India as well as in any country. But just knowing Oracle is not enough. Try to give your best while learning the basics of any language. I would suggest you to go through some training with some good institute, then take a job in Oracle field. I am sending you link of institutes offering ORACLE courses, please go through it.
