Marks Required at 10+2/HSC.
50% marks for General Category.

No for B.Sc. you have to start again from 1st year. There is no option of starting from 2nd year. B.Sc. And B.Tech both are different course with different curriculum and different syllabus.

Normally, scores of JEE Mains are utilized by IIT's, NIT's and GFI's for admission. However, some state governments along with few deemed universities have also started accepting this score. The full list of institutions accepting JEE Mains score is available on the website of JEE Mains. I will advise you to check it from this website.
