Well, it depends on your interest & the amount of time you want to invest.
MBBS is better than B.Sc. Veterinary.
But B.Sc is a 3 year Degree course. But to pursue MBBS, you have to give 5 - 6 years time.
MBBS will provide you so many good career opportunities & reputation as well.
Now, choice is yours.

To get a good college and make your MBA worth, you have to take an entrance and compete with other test takers. Your experience does hold relevance but it will not give you an admission in an institute.

You can join Indian Navy as an officer after +2 by appearing for NDA entrance examination conducted by UPSC. Eligibility criteria for Indian Navy is PCM at +2 stage from a recognised board. There are other means of joining Navy as an officer also. Please refer to:

Hello Hari,
I appreciate your interest in Computers. If you are from a Science background (with Mathematics), you can opt for B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology. You can also opt for BCA or go for B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science. If you are from Commerce background with Mathematics, you can opt for BCA. If you didn't have Mathematics in 12th standard, then you are not eligible for any regular course in Computer Science.

Hello,
Yes, after qualifying intermediate examination, you are eligible to appear for the National Defence Academy examination to join Indian Navy, but for this, you have to complete your HSC with maths and physics. If you have chosen these two subjects, you are eligible for NDA and choose naval wing as a preference.
Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this examination, and your age should between 16.5 to 19 years.

Yes, you can opt for dual specialisation in HR and Finance. No doubt that it is a good combination of two courses & you will get benefit of both courses. Being an engineer, you can opt for any of the specialisations among Operations / IT/ Systems/ Marketing/ International Business (IB). It purely depends upon where your interests lie. And all are considered equally rewarding specialisations, specially if done from the best B-schools as the top companies prefer these schools first.

Yes, the CGPA is enough to qualify. You can make to most of the IIMs with this CGPA if you have good scores in CAT/12/10. Focus on maximizing your score in CAT and you are good to go.
