DCRUST has a good reputation in Haryana but on all India level, it's low in priority of students. However, this would be of advantage to you because if you score reasonably well in JEE Mains then you are likely to get a branch of your choice. However, from this year onwards marks of 12th are not going to be considered and hence past data is of no use. I guess if you get 50 percentile then you have bright chances.

Some of the best countries where civil engineers are in demand are Canada, Australia and Germany. You can also consider Singapore and Hong Kong. I will prefer Australia or Canada for studying and they have opportunities too.

Average salary is Rs 5.10 lakhs (Provided by college). There was near to 100% placement of 2014-2016 batch and my senior batch is under process where most of the batch is almost placed.
