UGC-NET Examinations have become more competitive nowadays. So the candidates need to be careful while preparing for those. You can clear the tests if you go through a systematic preparation.
You should collect as much previous question papers and work out on them. This will give an idea about the exam pattern and syllabus.

Its a myth that graduation has no value, what I would suggest is before opting for any course students must first decide in which field they wish to build their career and accordingly they should select the best course as per their interest and liking.
Some of the finest course pursued at graduate level are:
BBA.
BBM.
Mass communication.
Hotel Management, and many more courses.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Eligibility: A minimum of 60% aggregate in the qualifying examination.
Note :(i) Admissions to M.E Mechanical are based on performance of candidates in computer-based online test conducted by BITS. The online tests will be held during 11th – 12th June 2012 at centers in India.
Test I:
Duration: 60 Minutes
Total No of questions: 60
Sections: Core Mathematics, Core Physics, English Language Skills & Principles of Management, Computer Programming
Test II:
Duration: 120 Minutes
Total number of questions: 100
The Test II subject for a student is based on his/her qualifying degree programme. This paper will attempt to test student's grasp of the basic subjects of your discipline.
