Sydenham Mumbai accepts MAT score but cut-off and admission process for this year is not yet declared. The same is expected to be declared after CET test. Considering your marks in MAT, I would suggest you to wait for the cut-off.

A fully funded program is not easy to get particularly for international students. Scholarships are awarded by the universities on the basis of merit and every university has a pre-determined value which is to be awarded and to how many students. If they find your profile fit and deserving they will definitely grant you a scholarship. High academic grades, good GRE and TOEFL scores and your overall profile will be evaluated.
