Not at all. You just need to be honest and well-versed about what everything you've mentioned in the application form and other questions like "Why MBA?", "Why MBA from this college/university?", etc. The interview process is based on selection, and not rejection. So, unless you yourself screw up the interview, you are very likely to get selected. Of course, you need to have a great score(95+ percentile) to be considered for the interview rounds. Plus other factors also need to be in your favor, like good academic scores, work-ex, etc. Cracking an MBA interview is not difficult by any means. Good luck!

You can definitely pursue Bachelor of Arts in Media and Mass Communication from Doon Business School since you have successfully cleared class 10th and 12th. It's of a very rare case when a private institute demands a proof/reason for the gap in education but if you had a genuine issue and can cover up by a proof, will definitely help you get through the admission process.

You should pursue as per your interest and grasping power of the subject. If you like dealing with people, then go for HR otherwise go for marketing or retail.
Operations has a good scope and not many students go for operations. So, I would suggest you to go for operations.
