The last date to apply for admission to the BBAU Amethi Campus may vary every academic year. This year, for the session 2024-25, the application deadline of the undergraduate programs was till September 2, 2024.

 Eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) programme at BBAU Amethi Campus are:-

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Computer Science subjects. They should have secured a minimum of 50% marks from any recognised board.

Aspirants need to score a valid CUET  (Common University Entrance Test) score.The minimum CUET score required for admission to the BCA programme at BBAU Amethi Campus varies annually. For the most recent year, the overall CUET minimum score ranged from 161.77 to 220.61 marks.

The reviews and placement statistics point that Bachlors Computer Science and Information Technology are most popular courses here in BBAU Amethi Campus. Dont confuse it with main campus of Lukhnow. B.sc. CS and B.sc. IT had annual package of around 5 LPA. IT and CS has gained popularity due to current trends and boom in software field. 40 percent of the students got placed from these 2 branches only.

BBAU Amethi provides good infrastructure and education quality for B.com.  As per the reviews which I got from students I observed 85 percent of students got placed . The median package offered to students were 5.7 Lpa. The tuition fee for B.Com ia also just 9 thousand yearly. It is very good for B.com as there are more than 75 seats offered in this course. The B.Com cut off is also just 54.81 which is easily achievable.

For undergraduate courses the fees range from INR 1,000 - 9,000. Additionally, there are other charges such as an admission fee of INR 1,000 charged every year also a refundable hostel deposit charge of INR 2,000, and room and electrical charges of INR 500 each/per semester.

I think it is not very difficult to get admission in BBAU  as the requirements are that you must have cuet score of around 160-220 marks . You should have scored atleast 50 percent marks in any subject in boards for general and 45% for category studnets.

It has creteria that you should have passed 12th with maths physics and chemistery with cuet score to get into BCA/Bsc.IT. 

Boards cutoff lies between 60%-80%  marks depending upon your category.

BBAU amethi campus provides various kinds of courses, among which computer science and IT  has best placement stats when compared to others. In terms of placement these two have best. IT had 98 % placement rate and lowest placement rate was 81%. Moreover Bsc.IT had highest placement of 3LPA and average of 1.8LPA. Top campus placement providing companies were TCS,ACCenture, wipro etc.

The campus placement had 1,514 students placed. The median package offered was INR 3.2 LPA and highest was INR 8 LPA. Some of the top companies were Digi Code, Wipro, and HCL, offering roles across various sectors.

The latest cutoff information for B.Com is based on CUET scores at BBAU , Amethi Campus.

For General category Female candidates, the cutoff is 390.78. For General category Male candidates, the cutoff is 384.40.  You must have completed their Intermediate (10+2) education from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in their qualifying examination.

The qualifying cutoff marks for various courses at BBAU Amethi Campus varies between 217.88 - 626.27 marks.

For Diploma in Early childhood care and education- cut off was 217.88

B.Sc + Msc Basic Science- cut off was 222.46

B.Voc- cut off was 285.7

B.Com Hons- cut off was 328.71

CUET results are usualyy declared 1 month after exam. BBAU Amethi releases cut off after resukts are declared for determing eligibility of candidates for conselling. There are various parameters that are considered for selection of the candidate while conselling like Rank of the candidate and preference of the course given by candidate. Selected candidates go through background verification process post counselling and students are selected post successful verification of the candidate.

Vivekananda Global University provide various courses like CSE, Mechanical engineering, art. Vivekananda university had more than 10,000 students.The college can admit nearly 500 students for B.Tech Mechanical.

The Vivekananda university have good infrastructure to maintain these many students. They also provide hostel facilities to students. 

Vivekananda University provides very good placement offers for B.Tech in civil engineering. Actually, it provides an overall B.Tech placements with great numbers. There has been an increase of 66 percent in the placement as compared to 2023 than 2022. 

The highest package was Rs 54 Lakhs and the average package was Rs 4.60 Lakhs.

The placement percentage at Vivekananda University is more than 90% every year. The highest package for B.Tech went upto Rs 54 LPA and average package was 4.60 LPA. More than 15 thousand placements were done and 419 students got placed. The top companies in artificial intelligence and data science offered the highest salary packages and they were Infosys, TCS, Kotak Life etc.
