As per your profile pursuing masters degree in computer science and related fields would be the best option for you, as in order to pursue masters degree in aerospace engineering you need to have related undergraduate degree in the same and related fields.

Study wise, B.Sc. and engineering may not be much different but career wise there is huge difference. For example, DRDO ISRO, IAF, NAL, BEL etc do not take B.Sc. graduates for officer or scientist post but they do so for engineering graduates. Another, fact is there is no design or research opportunities in aeronautical field in India. For example, HAL and NAL dfo not engage themselves in research in this field simply because they get licence to manufacture everything which is contracted through foreign vendors.
Secondly, to get to these organizations, aeronautical engineering is not the only route but also CSE, ECE, Mechanical and electrical engineers would also get the same opportunity.
To become astronaut, you need to be a citizen of USA or Russia and scientist+pilot. There are very few exchange programs through which astronauts of other countries can participate in NASA program.
Research is done while pursuing Ph.D. which can be undertaken by any science or engineering post graduate.
Lastly, join an engineering college of repute like IIT, NIT, VIT, BITS etc.

As per your percentile in CAT, it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-school, so I would suggest you to take a year gap and prepare for next CAT and various other management entrance test and score well so that you get admission in goof B-school of your choice.
