Dear Niriksha
By first year u mean 11th standard I guess. See the current pattern of CPT is based on the curriculum of 11th and 12th commerce stream, so u don't need to worry so much just study ur syllabus nicely keeping in mind that u need the basics to be very strong to clear CPT and join a crash course after ur boards this is sufficient if u are a sincere student.

Hello Neshat,Hope you are doing well,
First of all you need to decide the institute where you would like to pursue the course. For most universities in US you will also need to appear for either GRE or GMAT. It depends on the course you plan to study. Scholarship from the institute is based on the test score and your past academic score. So you will get scholarship only if you have had a good academic score throughout.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!

Hello Harshita,Hope you are doing well,
A PhD in what? You're not qualified to apply for every PhD program out there. GRE scores are the minimum requirement; many also require subject GRE scores. But if you're applying to things like law, business, medical, or pharmacy school, those have different tests and don't require the GRE (LSAT, GMAT, MCAT, and PCAT instead).
Following are the Universities that don't require GRE: -
1 Purdue University West Lafayette, Indiana
2 Massachusetts Institute of Technology
3 California State University, Sacramento
4 University of Dayton
5 New Mexico State University
6 Stevens Institute of Technology
7 University
