There are two options available after completing Bsc
Option 1: Take up job
There are many good job opportunities available after completing Bsc(IT) If you pursue M.sc/ MBA/ Mca after gaining some work experience, you will be in a better position to grasp the course contents and apply them appropriately to the work.
If you are financially sound and there is no compulsion of taking up a job, then you can opt for higher studies.
Option 2: Higher education
After completing Bsc (IT), you can plan for further studies like MCA or MBA or MSc.
Every field has it own importance,So decide what you want to become in future.

A PhD in what? You're not qualified to apply for every PhD program out there. GRE scores are the minimum requirement; many also require subject GRE scores. But if you're applying to things like law, business, medical, or pharmacy school, those have different tests and don't require the GRE (LSAT, GMAT, MCAT, and PCAT instead).

Universities like Massachusetts are highly rated Universities and require a Student to possess Extra Ordinary Academics. They also admit very few. While other Universities that don't require GRE are low rated Universities, which I would suggest you not to go for. My suggestion is put your best and give your GRE Exam and search for Good Universities. But if you do not want to give GRE then you can go ahead and apply to these Universities.

Which course are you looking at? If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
