Dear sourav, If any one done good MBA he/she will definitely get an advautage.
But many giant companies like TCS, COGNIGENT ,WIPRO etc Private & govt Banks recruite non technical/management back ground people.
Remember -employer never looks for degre only.
As an employee your target job destination should be - a home away from home. ie where you feel comfortable.
So analize your strength>believe on that> and let your strenth work for you.
So do what you love & love what you do.

There is no fix formula. Such cases are solved selectively. You need to visit portals or companies, if possible, of your choice / taste and apply. Each application may be for a different project / task, in mutual interest to you and company. e.g. TCS may require people with different interest compared to Wipro, because their projects or areas may be different.

Hi Lakshya,
Both the options mentioned by you "Tata Chemicals or Loreal" are good and well reputed; so making a choice can actually be difficult! Moreover, making a choice for you will not be right as its your career and you need to make it. We can only help you decide.
Some key factors that you can keep in mind while selecting an internship offer:
Key Role Assigned (KRA)
Projects Assigned
Responsibilities
Type of internship: Paid or Unpaid. (This can be neglected if the company profile is good).
For more inputs, I would request Nikhlesh Mathur Shashi prakash singh Dr. Sudhiranjan Dey to share their expertise.
Thanks
