An aircraft maintenance engineer, after obtaining a license from DGCA, can get attractive job offers in several fields of the aviation industry, including airports and aircraft manufacturing/maintenance firms. They can even join private airlines for better pay packages. There is no limit of growth for hard-working and dedicated professionals. Since aircraft engineers are in great demand globally, they even can join aviation industries abroad, which will provide them whooping salary packets with good incentives. But still Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a specialised certification and carry the demerits of a specialised course, which mean job opportunities will be limited to the field. However, remuneration offered to aircraft maintenance engineers is very attractive. A beginner may expect something between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 40,000 per month. With the increase of experience, the salary may raise up to even a few lakhs, in a quick span of time depending upon the firm.

Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:

As per your profile, I would suggest you to complete your graduation from India and then opt for MBA from universities in UK, Australia or New Zealand, as in order to pursue MBA or masters degree form universities in US, you need to 16 (10+2+4) years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in these countries, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA from good universities in countries mentioned above as it will further enhance your career prospects.
