Hi Madhumani, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) is an integrated medical degree in India, conferred to those who have studied the integrated system of modern medicine and traditional ayurveda with scientific approach.
The degree is of five and half years duration, including 1 year internship after passing 12th Science. The person having a BAMS degree can practice anywhere in India.
A BAMS doctor can work in following domains after completion of the degree.
General Practice
Research (Clinical research or epidemiological research)
Hospital and Healthcare Administration
Health Supervisor (As per High courts decision a BAMS doctor can work for the post of Health Supervisor)
Ayurved Consultaion
Ayurved Pharmacy
Emergency Medical Practitioner
Though the future is not as bright as MBBS, a BAMS graduate can opt for following degrees after BAMS:
MD/MS (Ayurveda)
PG Diploma in various subjects(Panchakarma,Anorectal diseases, Streerog etc.)
Fellowship courses in Panchkarma, Ayurved Drug Manufacturing, Ksharsutra etc.
RAV (Rashtriya Ayuved Vidyapeeth's 1 year cerificate course run by AYUSH department of government of India)

MPH (Masters in Public Health from India and Abroad)
MSc Health Sciences
MSc Nutrition

Yes , you can take admission in various colleges without JEE (Main).
JEE (Main) is only for Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments.

Through management quota you can get direct admission in top B.Tech colleges but for this you have to pay a good amount.
Kindly prefer these colleges which offers direct admission on the basis of your 12th marks Anna University , Lovely Professional University and UPES Dehradun(20% seats)
*Minimum 80% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
*Minimum 80% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level(12th)

Soon after completion of 12th standard in Biology, you are eligible to join number of courses. You can opt for the course which you are interested and where your strengths are being fully utilized.
Some of them will be
MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine , Bachelor of Surgeon)
BDS
Veterinary
Physiotherapy course etc.
You can also opt for Pharmacy related courses like
D-Pharmacy
B-Pharmacy
You can also opt for Graduation in B.Sc with the following life science subjects
Biotechnology
Biochemsitry
Chemistry
Botany
Zoology
Genetics
Microbiology etc.
Some other courses that you can join are
B.Sc in Nursing
Agriculture B.Sc
To perform well in any of these courses, you should have good subject knowledge and practical knowledge.
After getting job, you have to spend your work in lab environment. You have to be prepared for that.

Automobile is a branch of engineering which deals with the study of how to design, manufacture and operate automobiles like buses, cars, bikes, trucks, tractors etc. and their respective subsystems (Parts).
It also deals with repairing and servicing vehicles.
Automobile engineering is the division of vehicle engineering.
It uses Mechanical , Software and Electronic Engineering together to produce, design and operate automobiles like trucks, motorbikes etc.
