In order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in UK you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board, with good academic record preferably 60%-70% in class 12th plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency

In order to pursue MS degree from universities in US, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand you need to have graduate degree either in (10+2+4) or (10+2+3) format.
