Unlike India, you need to have a relevant 3-4 years of work experience to actually apply for MBA courses in Good Universities across the globe. Being a fresher, however, you are eligible for MSc courses (these are PG courses that do not require work experience) in quality Universities in UK, NZ, Australia and several more, barring US, Canada, Germany (as they require 16 years of education for Masters course). However, after your graduation, if you do a 1 year diploma course, you will be eligible for these countries as well.
As far as best destination to pursue MSc (in your case not MBA as you lack work ex) is concerned, all these countries offer quality education and their Universities are recognized world over.
Having said that, there are a few Universities in the UK that offer MBA courses without Work Experience. Below are the list of such Universities/Colleges:

Since you're already a graduate, you do not require to keep a collection of qualifications. I would advise you to focus on finding the right college to learn the art. Like most of the people, I could tell you that XYZ is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career.
Also, at this stage, you may want to understand the creative world and the careers it offers. There are many careers for the creative/ artistic people. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills and knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery design, Acting, and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills and imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world and hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers.
