Hello Monty,
The minimum marks that will make one eligible for MA is 45%. However JNU conducts an entrance exam to restrict intake to authorised levels as well as to ensure that students with required skills only get admitted. Yes, you can appear for the DU LL.B. Entrance test if you meet the eligibility criteria set by the University of Delhi. The eligibility criteria for the DU LL.B. Entrance test include:

It is not that bad. If you have money and interest in the field you can take it. You will definitely gain knowledge and exposure to the culture and the latest technology. If you are just looking for the degree it is not advisable to take the course in VIT. According to the placement wise VIT is not good for B.Sc animation and multimedia courses

1) NID Exam is on 7th January and the application starts from 25th September.

Absolutely yes!
For getting admission in MSc Environmental Science, you need to score more than 50% in your graduation. However, if you are SC/ST you need 45% aggregate in graduation. But your subjects in graduation should consists the subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental etc.
So, yes, you are eligible.
