The minimum marks that will make one eligible for MA is 45%. However JNU conducts an entrance exam to restrict intake to authorised levels as well as to ensure that students with required skills only get admitted. The candidate should have completed graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% marks for SC/ST candidates. Absolutely yes!
For getting admission in MSc Environmental Science, you need to score more than 50% in your graduation. However, if you are SC/ST you need 45% aggregate in graduation. But your subjects in graduation should consists the subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental etc.
So, yes, you are eligible.
