No, you are not eligible for PCS or UPSC exam after class 12th, you have to do at least graduation then only you can apply for the exam. So after passing the Bachelor's degree exam, you can apply for this exam.

LEET (Lateral Entry Eligibility Test) is an entrance exam conducted for those polytechnic candidates who are interested in lateral entry admission in B.Tech/BE, by qualifying LEET exam, a candidate would get eligible for direct admission to the 2nd year (3rd semester) in 4 year course of B.Tech/BE.
The eligibility criteria for LEET exam:

As you are government employee, you have to do B.Ed from IGNOU. At least 50% marks in the Bachelor's Degree is required with minimum of 2 years teaching experience. So, you can't apply for B.Ed. It is better you can do Master's degree for good results and with that marks you can apply for distance B.Ed course. Thanks.

Kindly complete your question. There is no such requirements of 'minimum percentage' in Finance. It's depends upon your marks and percentile in entrance exam. At last, it's all upto the college's discretion.
