First tell me why you want to join the college for study or for placement ? If u think that u'll pay x amount for 3 years for placement then its wrong. You should be more concern about the education, infrastructure & faculties. Believe you me if u have good knowledge and command over your subject then nobody can stop you from getting a excellent job for you.

As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for the improvement exam in your university, and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% in graduation to be eligible to pursue MBA from good colleges.
During this time you may also opt for a job, and gain some relevant work experience, so once you improve your graduation percentage and have work experience you will have good profile and more college options to pursue MBA.
In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized university,you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
