There is no percentile barrier in having admission in MBA from YCMOU,
All you need to take a prospectus from nearest YCMOU centre and appear a common entrance conducted by YCMOU,
For YCMOU its mandatory to clear the entrance conducted by them, you can get full details from prospectus and YCMOU centre,

You are eligible for BTech if you have scored more than 50% in PCM. For direct admissions you can contact Engineering College Management. Almost all colleges have some management seats for direct admission. Anyway I will advice and appreciate if you take admission through normal process using your CET or AIEEE score. Yes. You can do Grduation, say BCA, from any UGC recognized University from any town in India and do higher education from any other UGC recognized university from any other town in India. This is perfectly valid.
