Below is the admission criteria and eligibility for ITM, Gurgaon
Eligibility-
The applicant should have passed 10+2 examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized board in Science stream with an overall aggregate of minimum 60%.
The applicant will also have to appear and secure a rank in JEE 2013 Main (Paper-1).
The selection will be based on marks in JEE 2013 Main (Paper-1) and aggregate marks in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognized board.
JEE Main (Paper-1) marks will be given 60% weightage and 10+2 marks will be given 40% weightage.
Minimum eligibility is 60% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level.
Admission Procedure-
Subject to the minimum eligibility criteria specified by the University, all admissions (except Kashmiri migrants and children/wards of NRI/International students) shall be made strictly according to merit based on ITM rank (determined as under), from amongst the eligible applications received on the prescribed form by the University along with the processing fee within the time frame stipulated for submission of the same along with all required documents. In order to give due weightage both to JEE rank and performance at 10+2 level, the merit shall be decided as under :-
Marks in JEE 2013 Main (Paper-1) i.e. paper applicable to Engineering admissions.
Aggregate marks in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of 10+2 examinations or equivalent from any recognized board.
The weightage of 1 and 2 above shall be 60% and 40% respectively.
