Yes! Most of the universities offer this option to the student. However, this depends on the university and also the college. In order to change your college you have to fill the migration form and submit it in the office and then you need to collect your migration certificate and submit in that college in which you want to take admission.
For the exact information, it is advisable to speak to the admission counsellor of your university/ college.

Please remember BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Studies.
Both these courses are taught in different management schools and some schools give the name as BBA and some as BMS.
Some other institutes give it the name Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and some other Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Therefore BBA and BMS has more or less the same syllabus, the only difference is that in the case of BMS the candidates can take up specializations like HR, operation, finance, and marketing, but it is not the case in BBA.So you pursue any of this course.
