As you have not mentioned the subject in which you wish to pursue Bsc, it will be difficult to answer you aptly.
However, the options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.

We recommend you complete your 10+2 before opting for professional courses for better career opportunities. However, some courses offered on the basis of class X are 3 year Polytechnic - Diploma courses in more than 20 branches of Engineering like Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Automobile, Civil, etc offered by Department of Technical Education .After Diploma, one can directly join 2nd year Engineering and do higher studies. The Government of India has set up several Industrial Training Institutes - ITI's to impart technical education right after School in different trades like Basic Electronics, Electrical, Fitter, Welder, Lift technology, Fire and Safety, Air-conditioning, etc. Several diploma and Certificate courses are offered in paramedical sciences on the basis of class 10th in Medical Lab Technology, Medical X-Ray Technology, Medical Records Technology, Operation Theater Technology, Ophthalmic Technology, Health Inspector, Dialysis Technology, Dental Ceramic Technology and Auxiliary Nurse/ Midwifery. Other options are design courses like fashion design/ interior design, diploma in Home Science or a vocational course in Hotel Management from Food-craft Institutes.

Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure. The salary band can range between 03- 25 lakhs per annum.
