First select your right path. If you want to opt CS then go for it. But in my opinion I think you should opt CA. The ultimate decision is yours. If you clear your CPT exam you can go for CS also.

As you have not mentioned the subject in which you wish to pursue Bsc, it will be difficult to answer you aptly.
However, the options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
