With a rank of 12000, you have very less chances of getting Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) at SRM's main campus in Chennai. The expected cut-off for CSE at the main campus is around 9500-10500. However, you may still get CSE or IT at one of the other campuses of SRM University, such as Ramapuram, Vadaplani, Trichy, or Amrawati Modinagar.

The cut-offs for SRMJEEE change every year and depend on various factors such as the number of students appearing in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of seats available.

Salary depends on the employer/the organisation you joined. But after pursuing Bachelor's and Master's you will get a good pay. It also depends in the colleges from which you complete your Masters and lastly, your own skills.
