You can start your study from 6 or 6:30 after taking rest, tuition or sports. You need to give atleast 45 minute to every subject with a break of 10 minutes after every subject.
Don't use mobile or any other social media sources while study.
Keep water bottle with you to avoid distraction and take light food to avoid sleepiness.

Let me clear this, all the courses upto a certain level are having the same curriculum. There is hardly any difference in them. The best colleges you can opt for would be Whistling Woods International, Manipal University, etc.
