It depends on what stream you want to get in? For engineering medical and computer Science, Math is a must, but If you want to do MBA or Arts then there is no need of Math. If you are not confident about math then I suggest aim for MBA, Masters in languages or Library or law or Arts. You can also get into hotel management without Math. It all depends on your choice and be confident, not knowing math, is not the end of career or it does not mean that you don't have a bright future. Work hard and success and happiness would be yours surely.
All the best.

The VIT ranking mentioned is not up to the mark for securing admission in CSE/ME/CE/EC at VIT in the first category. However, he may get admission in the subsequent categories, but that will also incur you higher fees. So, if your son has a good preparation till date for BITSAT and advanced, then you can drop VIT, otherwise, go for the counseling at VIT. Best Wishes.

You can go for any undergraduate, Diploma, or certification course under Hotel Management specialization after Class 12. Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), BSc in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, BA in Hotel Management, BBA in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, BBA in Hotel Management, Diploma in Hotel Management, etc., are some of most popular courses for Hotel Management.

But you'll still need to fulfill eligibility criteria set by specific institutions.

Hope this helped your query! All the best!

Hi there,
It would not be possible for you to get admission in good government colleges. Even if you want to get admitted in good government college you would not get branches like CS ECE, EEE or mech. If branch is not a preference you can get admitted. For better knowledge of this I would request you to google the previous year opening and closing ranks of various colleges under JEE Mains. You will get an idea of where to apply.
All the best.
