You have a very good rank in JEE Mains. You can easily get NIT or IIITs all over the India like NIT Srinagar, NIT Nagaland, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar, etc. In CE, ME, Chemical engineering, EEE ( if you are of General category) in round 2. If you belongs to any other categories ( like OBC, SC, ST ), then you can get much better NITs than above as you desired. So, I hope I'm able to help you.
Best of luck.
