You can complete your BCA first year at one college and continue in the second year at another college.
However you will have to remember certain things-
you might have to appear for the first years subjects exams all over again if your previous university does not have the same subjects.
its not going to be easy
documentation is going to be a mess for you
YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE BACKLOG (Failed subject) FROM YOUR FORMER UNIVERSITY
However, if you switch from one college to another which are under the same university, you will have absolutely no problems and none of the above statements would hold true.
