Hello Anand,
Yes, this institution offers Aeronautical Engineering branch for studies. However it's fees appears to be a little on the higher side at Rs.1 L per semester. But then fees are decided by a state committee and it means they must have excellent faculty and facilities.

For Jamia Hamdard, you should have a descent score of above 580 or at least 560+ (in case you have your luck in the 2nd counselling ). This year the cut-off was very high and as this college has 100 seats without any reservation system, the competition is really high!

If General or OBC category, Instead of government, I believe that you must try her with Privately or Jointly run Medical Colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4lks p.a (Tuition Fees) in a common scenario. Joint one, she has a good chances. I suggest you both see with the website of the colleges.
