American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees

Also, you must apply asap. The deadlines may have not passed but applying sooner will have high chances of admission in a univ of your choice.
And it is just not admission, but booking for accommodation, airport pick up, arranging for visa dox, filing for visa, getting visa approval on time : time is required for these as well and these can be done only after you get admission. So save yourself as

Well you have got good amount of work experience, it may be quite difficult to suggest a course without knowing your interest but then you may look for the options like MBA, CFA, CFP, Law etc.
Yes CFP is an option but i do not think it can be compared to a successful career of yours in CS. However, you can get for details from the institutes offering the course. Please refer to the following link:

For most of the Management institutes offers PG Diploma and not diploma courses, and the duration may differ from one institute to another depending on the course structure. However getting these course in 6 months duration could be rare as mostly they seem to be about one year programs of minimum.

Students willing to pursue any kind of clinical course in any country are required to obtain registration with the respective council of the country.
If you do not want to wait to attain registration or would like to prepare for registration exam in Nz only, then you could opt for courses like Public health and Oral hygiene.

Well, there is no set pattern to prepare for the Civil services as the same will differ from one applicant to another depending on their abilities, pattern of study which is comfortable, analyzing there weakness/ strength etc.
To prepare well for the exams, you can consider taking up coaching from a well reputed institute as this would add a lot of value in terms of supporting with the kind of pattern of the exam, tactics, how to go about writing the exams, reference books to consider, these institutes also offer the study materials including the sample test papers/ previous exam papers etc.
