why do you want to waste two years more for XII . You have to join on the basis of class Xth, so it will take you two more year to complete the XII th Sc, if you want to do the course in regular mode. Else you can apply through NIOS and also lot of State Boards allow the private candidates also to appear for examination.

There is nothing to be confused about, you are on the right path. As you have done your B.Com, even though you can take up any stream in MBA i think because of your commerce graduation, you can opt for MBA in Finance.
I would suggest you to analyze the areas / subjects that are your strength and your interest intent based on which you can then opt for a career ahead!
